An Internet Phone Number (which you
can enter into most Internet Phone (VoIP) hardware or software
on the market)

Access Phone Module
Provides a set of Toll-Free Access Phone
Numbers for making outgoing calls and the handling
of incoming calls.
Can be used like a Phone Card to make calls
from other people's homes, work phones or public telephones.
Optional Additional Local Phone Numbers.
Rent one or more numbers over 400 cities. Callers in these cities
will pay only a local call fee. (eg. Sydney, London LA, Auckland)
They are routed through the net to your Internet phone or Web
PABX.
Local Phone Module
A Local Phone Number in a city of your choice
for incoming voice calls from the PSTN.
People in your chosen local number zone can
then call you for the cost of a local call. People outside the
local zone will be connected at long distance rates through the
PSTN.
Callers to this number can be transferred to
internet phones, normal phones, voice mail, conferences (etc)
using the Web PABX / Smart Receptionist.
Optional Additional Local Phone Numbers
are available for when you wish callers in additional cities to
pay only a local call fee. (eg. Sydney, London LA, Auckland)
Optional Additional Local Phone Numbers can
also be used for to immediately direct incoming calls from the
PSTN to your SmartFax, SmartConference or SmartInfo Services etc.

Simple but powerful Auto-Attendant (IVR - Interactive Voice
Response) functions
Accepts calls from local (PSTN) phone number(s)

Time of day, CLI (Caller Line ID), concurrent

Default setting diverts to your SIP phone and
leaves a voicemail message if you do not answer, then emails the
audio (.wav file) as an attachment.
Easy Voicemail Retrieval - Call from a "registered"
phone and be immediately diverted to your voicemail menu.
Call Screening - Whitelist, Blacklist
and Greylist phone numbers. If not recognised or no CLI the calling
party must identify themself, then you listen to their name and
decide whether to accept or refuse the call. No more unwanted
Spam Calls from telemarketers.
Call Recording - Record the call while
you are on the phone and have it emailed to you after you hang
up.

2 8211 9166 will result a message being recorded into a voice
WAV (audio) file and be sent to voice@SmartFone.net
Example 2 - A call to +61 2 8211 9166 will
issues a voice message saying "To call the office press 1
: For Sales Press 2 : To call Glenn Press 3 : To leave a voicemail
message Press 4 : To join a conference Press 5 : to listen to
a list of scheduled meetings Press 6" Pressing any of the
buttons 1 through 6 will divert the caller to that particular
function or function.
Web Dialler Module - Outbound Call Routing Module
An Intelligent Call Controller that
provides a range of Speed Dial and Custom Routing
functions.
Speed Dial Example - Enter 01 to call
a normal phone (eg +61 2 9972 17222) or 08 to call an Internet
Phone (eg 899 060 29455)
Custom RouteExample - In the
unlikely event that provider ZYX is offering calling rates cheaper
than Net2MAX to UK (+44) for example, then you simply set Net2MAX
to use your account with Provider ZYX to call UK (only). By doing
this, all of your calls made to +44 on the Net2MAX platform to
will be routed through Provider ZYX instead of Net2MAX.
